Brendan has done a great job digging out a new soakaway and trenches for pipework at my property. Before he arrived on site, we exchanged several emails and agreed the best way forward - his communication skills are excellent and meant that my requirements were understood and a clear scope of work was agreed. I am impressed by the quality of workmanship and his general approach to the job, explaining the options to me when there was a need to change the original plan and giving me facts to help make decisions. Due to some reinforced concrete that needed removing, the job took longer than expected but rather than leaving the job and returning at a later date, Brendan agreed an hourly rate and stayed on to get the rest finished. I now have working drains and cannot recommend Brendan highly enough. Just a few words that sum up my experience: Punctual, professional, helpful, tidy, honest, polite, competent.
