The Crew arrived on time and were polite and got on with the job in a professional manner. They did a great job, stabilised the house (after the really dry weather) and then cleared up after themselves. They were very informative and helpful throughout the process. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Alex from Mainmark is an absolute godsend. We contacted Mainmark about some concerning cracks in our kitchen ceiling. From our first contact with Beth (who is brilliant), I had a good feeling about them. They are organised, diligent, responsive, friendly and professional. Alex then came to visit and took measurements of our floor. There had been torrential rain in the UK for weeks so he said best to take another set of measurements when we had a few weeks of sun. Alex is so knowledgeable, has decades of experience and is the kind of expert you want in a situation like this to give you a qualified opinion you can trust. If we do go ahead with injections, it will only be with Mainmark due to the trust that I now have in them, thanks to Alex.

We had Matt and Team on site to stabilise soil around foundations of our extension, it’s was quite a nervous time for us, hoping everything went well, it’s easy to say afterwards but we had no need for concern, Everything was explained at the offset, the stages they would take and progress was given along the way, very impressive team who knew exactly what to do and adapted to challenges as they went. extremely impressed with the results, everything washed and cleared from where they had been absolutely brilliant. Thanks to Sean initially and then Louie, Sean, Harley and Dan. They were professional, highly skilled and clearly experienced in completing the work to a high standard. Louie took the time to comprehensively explain the process and procedures they were using which reassured me as the customer. The work area was left clean and tidy almost as if they hadn’t been. I have to say that from start to finish the whole team has been first class. Sean was very kind and helpful. Hanah and the team dealt with my queries in a friendly professional manner and the crew were so friendly polite and reassuring and the results were far better than I expected. The conservatory has almost lifted back 100% and all the windows open perfectly again and no damage whatsoever. Great job on my book by a great team.

Mainmark were the chosen company after gathering three quotes, to effect remedial works to a porch extension. It was estimated the work would take half a day and it did. The engineers arrived on time, on the 24th April. They undertook the work in a professional manner; were polite and approachable and willing to answer any questions I had. Their work was carried out with care and attention to detail. They left the site tidy and clear of debris. Office staff are polite and helpful. I can recommend them. On completion, we have received the paperwork for the remedial works undertaken.

Was conned a couple of years ago by a local cowboy builder which caused me to lose interest in my home. After Mainmark did some work to a neighbour's house I was impressed and got the company to do similar work to my home. The guys actually uncovered other problems and rectified all that was necessary. The improvement in the structure of the building was visible to the eye. The guys who carried out the work were professional and explained everything to me in simple terms to allow me to understand. The team actually turned up at given date and time! Highly recommend this company.
