He said there was nothing to worry about which was a relief. This company is fair and trustworthy. He said he didn't want to waste my time nor money testing when it wasn't necessary. Very impressed. And a relief to have my mind put at rest.
I originally had another company remove asbestos from my newly bought house and as it was very delayed, I called Ice Asbestos for advice on the work that was done. I’m so grateful for the advice from Ice Asbestos as they’ve informed me of everything I should have received from the original company to ensure the work was done to code and given me advice on how to proceed.

Was told by my brother my floor tiles that had been encapsulated might have been asbestos and as I'd been working in that room and I naturally got a bit paranoid. Looked at local asbestos places and saw a tonne of good reviews here so gave them a call. Tony answered and I asked about air testing. He asked pointed questions to figure out why I'd want this testing, and from that information he shared his knowledge and explained in a round about way that I'd most likely be wasting my money. He did further clarify the costs for air testing as well as material testing if I wanted full peace of mind but was of the opinion it wasn't needed. Tldr: Shared information and answered a fair few questions without hesitation. Provided their professional opinion and essentially turned down money based off it. Would call again in the future if I need asbestos checks/dealing with (especially now I have a better understanding, in part due to information provided by tony)

I contacted ICE after a contractor was worried we might have asbestos paint in the basement. He checked it over and knew it wasn’t asbestos paint (it was salt deposit from evaporated water). He didn’t even charge me. I love an honest workman and cannot recommend highly enough.
