Liam's a credit to his trade and battled through terrible weather to leave our property's bricks in great condition. They had cracked, crumbled and discoloured over time. Liam spent time to turn these round leaving an impressive result. Appreciate the time taken to explain why the bricks had got into the state they had. His work was punctual, tidy and accurate and have no trouble in highly recommending for hire.

Job: install new lintel above a first floor window and do selective repointing. Liam from Glandore Construction did a top quality job. Contacted Liam regarding having our boundary wall repointed. Came over to look at the task and explained how he would keep the dust down to a minimum by using a dust extractor and then try and match the new mortar with the old. We agreed a date and time and Liam arrived on the day and proceeded with the task. Liam made sure he cleaned up everyday before and left the area tidy. The end result is brilliant, we are so pleased with Liams work and work ethics. Would have him back for any other building work we need doing in the future

Liam completed a large bricklaying job for me 18 months ago which I am highly delighted with. So when I had a very minor repair I had no hesitation in contacting Liam again, it was absolutely no problem to him and he has been and carried work to a high standard.
