Fibre Safe was established in 2004 and was founded by Philip Keary. The company serves the North West and North Wales area. Its multidisciplinary workforce includes risk managers, surveyors, trainers and removal operatives. Core services include asbestos removal, asbestos encapsulation, asbestos surveys, asbestos testing, asbestos training and waste collection. Clients include domestic homeowners, national contractors and local authorities. The asbestos awareness course meets UKATA standards. Fibre Safe is fully insured.

Domestic homeowners and commercial clients in Liverpool rely on Fibresafe for asbestos surveys, testing and removal, alongside demolition work such as dismantling garages and sheds with asbestos roofs. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is how quickly enquiries are answered, with office staff and site teams responding without delay and arriving at the agreed time. A number of reviews mention the expertise of the surveyors, whose reports and advice help customers plan refurbishment work safely, including cases where earlier building surveys had missed the presence of asbestos-containing materials.

Named members of staff, among them Phil Keary, Philip, Catherine and Royston, are described as professional, friendly and competent, and several customers note the absence of any sales pressure when deciding whether to proceed. The standard of the finished work is another recurring theme: sites are left clean and tidy, and the operatives are said to be organised and efficient from the first visit through to completion. Clear pricing and quick results are also highlighted, and repeat business is common, with one client stating that Fibresafe carries out all of its surveys.
