Very efficient - appointment swiftly made. Chris was professional and friendly and explained everything clearly. Charge was reasonable and result of asbestos test came at the time expected. Hope not to have an issue like this again (who wants to have the issue of possible asbestos in their home?) but would be happy to use this company again.
