Environmental Asbestos Services Ltd | Asbestos sampling & removal

Asbestos sampling and removal work forms the core of what Environmental Asbestos Services Ltd provides, and the feedback from customers centres on how quickly and clearly that service is delivered. Several reviewers describe getting a prompt response, with enquiries answered within a day and surveys arranged soon afterwards for homes where a buyer's report or a level 2 survey had flagged a possible concern. Gareth and Anthony are named repeatedly for the way they handle the process, explaining findings in plain terms and taking calls to talk through what was discovered.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the speed of the written report, with samples sent for testing and full results returned within a week. Customers also mention pricing being competitive for management surveys and describe being kept informed once the work was completed. The reassurance of a clear outcome, including confirmation that no asbestos was present, is a detail mentioned by more than one client, and the same themes of helpfulness and professionalism run through the accounts of surveys booked at short notice and questions answered without fuss.
