Words can't describe how wonderful the staff were in helping me and my family. We recently bought a house and were doing some work when we noticed a few things which concerned us about the possibility of asbestos. We initially contacted a different company who I was later informed dont carry out work properly and charged us £400 for something that would have cost half the amount!!. So originally panic stricken Lynn at Enquin Environmental, was so helpful and understanding of how I felt with 4 little kids in the house and the possibility of Asbestos in the air; that she arranged for one of their guys Shuhel to come perform an air test and samples the same day! They then proceeded to reassure us by calling a few hours later with an overview of the results. The whole process was the best form of customer service I have ever received. Even when Shuhel came to the property he was just the sweetest and reassuring. I can't have asked for better! Thank you so much for everything!!
