DSM Demolition Ltd, based in Birmingham, has a mixed reputation split between positive accounts of specific demolition jobs and a cluster of recurring complaints about driving and conduct. One reviewer praised a block of flats demolition as low-mess and low-noise, and another credited the company with winning a competitively priced council contract in Blackpool. Set against this, multiple reviewers report dangerous or aggressive driving by company vehicles, including tailgating and a rude gesture from a van window, and others describe rude or intimidating behaviour from workers towards the public, poor community engagement around live sites, and internet cabling ripped out during works with no resolution offered. As a demolition contractor in Birmingham, DSM Demolition Ltd holds a 3.9-star average from 31 Google reviews.

3.9 / 5 · 31 totalRude workers with poor attitudes in public. Staring and trying to intimidate members of public, laughing disabled individuals and commenting on underage women. Also they think it’s acceptable to demolish buildings with asbestos still inside, but are yet unaware of what we have discovered.
Completely an unprofessional company, ripped our internet wires out and left us with no internet for days, no one is taking any accountability or doing anything to fix this issue.
A great firm who get on with the job and have very competitive prices, hence why they got the job in Blackpool from the Council.
Number plate starting WM24 by Birmingham 18:30 27/06/2024 tailgating several cars. Noticed other people leaving reviews on Google about the driving of this company's employees, management should address it as it is continually being raised
