Driver of one of their vehicles nearly ran me over by exiting a roundabout without indicating. Then flipped me off

Worked with this company on July 2024 Stratford gredley house, at first everyone seemed bless but eventually started to see that these employees do not like diversity at all. The company promotes employing only white British men, yet they will use agency workers to fill in ,where they will get a mystery temp immigrant to join their team , in their opinion. Ive been interrogated by employees direct from the company on where i come from and where i was born and where my family were born, after a few days , i was met by disgust looks by employees when i used to try and communicate with them, followed by getting shun at lunch time when they see me out of site, and say sly stuff behind my back, in attempt to get rid of me, they didn’t want to sack me because i was literally the hard working one out of all the agency workers they had and it would look very suspicious if they got rid of me for no reason , but at the same time they acted as if i was an eyesore . Pretty sure this type of behaviour is against the equality act 2010, this behaviour was encouraged by the supervisor DJ and there was one employee fixated in watching what im doing from afar with a hateful look or a grin and just made his lifes mission to dislike me for where i come from, employees working direct from demcom also take pictures and videos of agency workers from other countries, making fun of how slow they walk etc. I had to leave due to strong discrimination and for my own self respect , im pretty sure they bully anyone with language barrier, so i didn’t get the full hate treatment. Just not nice people and its unfortunate I can’t make a living because of people like this

Please tell whoever was driving your van reg ending DBZ through Barton today circa 14.30 to return their driving licence to Lego land when they get back to the office this afternoon, overtaking cars on a single lane slip road, pulled out in front of oncoming traffic causing them to emergency stop, then proceeded to try and overtake three cars on a merge but didn't make it so just decided they'll drive at oncoming traffic until they forced their way into the lane, what an embarrassment to your company.

We used Demcom to test some suspicious tiles we had in our downstairs cupboard which appeared to be original “1960’s”. Demcom where very quick and had a sample tested with the results back within days which was brilliant!! We suspect we have asbestos in other places in the house so won’t hesitate to be back in contact!
