Fitted my wet room flooring incorrectly and now I've got a leak coming through my ceiling from upstairs. Floored was certified fitted incorrectly by a wet room specialist. Broke several parts of my home and bathroom and tried to get away with it. Also left a hole in my ceiling from fitting the shower tray/plumbing. Avoid. Avoid. Really took advantage of a disabled person. Had another inspection of my extractor fan in the bathroom as I've had problems with it turning on when it's not needed and not turning on when there's actual moisture in the bathroom. I was told by bax that it has a moisture detector inside and upon an inspection of the fan fitted by bax it doesn't have one 😂 😂 😂 so yet another lie. Save yourself a massive hassle and a boat load of money and avoid! avoid! There's SO much more I could write here.
