Great service. Thoroughly examined problems we had with drainage and suggested solutions. Attended on time, clearly explained what he was doing and proceeded promptly with job. Finished well on time. Took precautions to protect garden items and plants, and reinstated the terrain. Communicated well throughout. Neat, tidy, considerate workers. More than happy to use again.

We got in touch with Baseline Contracts as they were local to us. What we saw on the website gallery was exactly the kind of works we were looking to get done. Lee-Anne from Baseline was our first contact and she arranged for Charlie to pop on over and give us a consultation and we threw some ideas back and forward. I'd provided a basic sketch and he was able to visualise what was in my head perfectly and suggested how we could achieve it. The team began and worked non-stop until it was fully complete - no leaving before it was completely finished - which we have had before with others - going the extra mile(s) to create a perfect garden layout. All the work is absolutely first class and of the highest of standards. We had Indian sandstone, quality contrasting paving block pathways, edging, steps and a raised seating area - as well as some artificial grass. Charlie even changed our new extension slabs (awful looking) to match the new sandstone. We can easily say this is now the nicest garden we have had (and we have had 4). We can now enjoy our garden fully in our retirement thanks completly to Baseline Contracts. Many thanks. Would recommend to anyone as a first port of call.

As much as the pictures speak for themself, my experience from start to finish has been fantastic. Charlie and his team got stuck in, turn around was quick with least disruption to my daily movements. All the team friendly & helpful with accessing when the mucky work was taking place.
