I would highly recommend Asbestos Surveys. They were able to come and survey my property within a few days of asking and I had the full report back 2 days after they undertook the survey. I had the whole property checked and was provided with a very comprehensive document, photographing and listing every area checked and a detailed outcome of what they found. As they are independant and don't rectify any issues you can be sure of a no bias report.
