Great experience all round. James came out bang on time, took 4 samples from walls and ceilings. He was booked in for an hour and as the sampling only took 20mins, he then had a look around the flat to give us asbestos advice regarding our storage heaters, unused water tank, etc. Additionally, communication with HQ over email was very easy.
