It completed full asbestos management surveys for 3 commercial retail properties in the centre of Newcastle. Asbestos Audit Ltd handles testing and removal for homeowners, landlords and trade clients from its Sheffield base, and the feedback gathered points to a responsive, well-organised operation. Prompt replies to enquiries are a recurring theme, with messages answered early in the day and customers guided through packing and posting samples for analysis. Laboratory work is described as swift and clearly reported, producing certificates that identify the substance so the appropriate follow-up can be arranged.

Removal jobs draw similar praise, including one in which a garage and shed containing asbestos were dismantled by a skilled, friendly crew that left the site spotless. The helpfulness of both office personnel and site teams is mentioned often, particularly when nothing seems too much trouble during stressful domestic situations such as a collapsed kitchen ceiling. Fair costs and fast turnaround feature too, as does the convenience of having material taken away once testing has confirmed what is present. Customers value the practical advice and the calm handling of urgent cases.
